Description

This was a proposed flag of Estonia. Estonian colors were used since 1919. After the fall of soviet union the Estonians adopted the tricolor of blue-white-black. The estonian has strong connections to scandinavia so in the 90's a nordic cross flag was prosed that would show more obviously the northern connections. The proposal was declined and the flag stayed. This was one of the propositions.
