I like to interpret this as a wholesome relationship of master and student.

"Come on! Those are baby arms and legs! You need more muscle! Work those muscles, get big and buff!"

And other stuff like that. I kinda wish she was more muscular honestly. I'm not saying she has to be as big as Zangief (nor do I expect any of the men to be for that matter, Zangief is built different after all), but she feels like another victim of "keep em thin and marketably pretty" in these games.

But, ramblings aside, cute picture :)
