Zeo and Kifo are best friends

Kifo grows up to be a decent lion and his best friend Zeo does too, they become partners in crime

(in a good way and not evil way)

But later Kifo learns the truth, he finds out he’s really adopted and it the actual son of Queen Kiara and King Kovu, and that Kovu hates him and despises him because he looks like scar.

Zeo tries to comfort his friend and cheers him up but later Kifo wants revenge on Kovu for disliking him too quickly and wants to take him his throne.

Zeo: come on Kifo, King Kovu must be loosing his mind, he’s probably getting to old, maybe it’s his age, I’m sure if Queen Kiara talks to him she can convince him to get to know you better and know your not like that Scar character

Kifo: he thinks I’m gonna be like him, but I’ll get my revenge someday, he’ll regret being so negative towards me, I’m gonna take his throne and be the new king of the Pridelands

Zeo: oh come on dude, don’t say that, challenge his majesty, king Kovu, he’s stronger and bigger then you

Kifo: but he’s getting older and weaker each season so when he becomes too weak and old, I’ll take him down and I’ll finally be respected by him
