To do so is considered stealing and is illegal. This includes using the piece for stock art in your own artwork, as an avatar on this or any other site, or posting the picture elsewhere and claiming it as your own. Please remember that I work long and hard getting each image just right before I post them, some times I spend days or even weeks on a render before it goes up on this site. If you are interested in creating something similar yourself, I use free software and get most of my models and other items for free and can point you in the right direction, plus offer a lot of advice on being a 3D artist.
