Here's the Mod Evolution for Pikachu >> Now I'm pondering stats and movesets for them...

I suppose Raichu would be a Forest-type, with something along the lines of Assault / Quick Step / High Kick / Petite Bolt.

Telefang has a move called Quick Step? I think that just won it instant points.

Hmm, while pikachu is made less dextrous in telefang form, raichu is made moreso, as raichu originally was fingerless. Guess the evolved form got lucky here.
