Here I thought Tifa Lockheart was cosplaying as Final Fantasy XV's Cidney Aurum. Then again it is not like I have any idea whatsoever how many beach attires constantly get added to Venus Vacation. Those shorts look like they are barely hanging on even though I know that it is merely the design and giving the illusion that a wardrobe malfunction might occur. That is a generous view of her large cleavage. Whenever Tifa is walking around the beach dressed like that, it is going to be difficult to decide to wither to focus on her chest or hips and behind.
