Haven't been active on dA for awhile~ Back to posting here! This is a summer-themed illustration of my OC Tess Turner, who is a sci-fi secret agent

Can I use Tess in my fanfic/story?
I would prefer not because I'm writing one of my own - you can consider creating a character inspired by her, I don't mind 
What kind of world does she live in?
Honestly, I'm not very sure myself at the moment - a lot of people think she looks like she's from a cyberpunk universe, but I had intended for something less dystopian - probably in an alternate future-earth timeline where it's something like Coruscant from Star Wars ^^
Tess is always carrying a gun - where does she keep it?
Where all things come from... inventory!
