Description

PT-16 is a modernization of the T-72 and PT-91 Twardy main battle tanks (MBT) proposed by the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ SA) nad presented at the international defence industry exhibition MSPO 2016 in Kielce, Poland by the Research and Development Centre Mechanical Equipment “OBRUM” Ltd. and Bumar-Labedy SA company. The modernization package, which aims to get rid of the weak points of the T-72 MBT family, offers increased firepower, ballistic protection, mobility and crew comfort.
