Jackson is effective at his job because he is really good at getting his way. Jackson is a tough cookie, a little arrogant, and doesn't have a filter on what he says when he has a negative opinion on something or someone. He is easy enough to get along with in the day-to-day, but if something pisses him off, getting him to calm down is like trying to stop a train. Jackson is also the type of guy who can never be single and will faun and obsess over the guys he dates. He exclusively dates guys shorter and younger than him because he likes to be the big spoon, put his arm around them, and most importantly, it feeds his ego that he is the bigger guy. Being that he likes to wear the pants in his relationships, he is exclusively a top, he will pay for every meal, he insists on driving everywhere, and he pays for rent. All he asks from the guys he dates is to look cute and be ready.
