Lumiere: The Prismic Luminary

Lumiere is a rabbit-like, dog-like creature that is somehow formed from condensed, solid light. A fairly laid back character, he's usually found in interesting spots daydreaming about things.

Being made of light, Lumiere can move as fast as light itself, leaving after-images and light trails in his wake. He is also capable of manipulating light to create an array of illusions on himself and those around him. From ever-shifting patterns on his fur, to dazzling displays of laser-lights, to convincing holograms of people and environments; he can make you see whatever he wants you to see. And not all you see is a mere mirage either; he can condense light to make his holograms just as solid as he is, for however long he keeps them up.

Melanie finds him to be a shining source of inspiration, and the two enjoy sharing ideas with each other. Hanging out with her gives him an excuse to travel and interact with many other people. The two have known each other for a long time, although exactly how they met is a mystery.

Fun facts: -With enough concentration, he can manipulate the light that makes up his own body to change his form completely. He usually doesn't bother, though, as changing his colors comes more naturally to him.

-Melanie sometimes jokes that he might actually be some sort of advanced AI manifested as a hologram.
