Umm some grounge random set (have it on work not @ home -.-, I know very clever Rarie -.-).
I will look for it tomorrow and maybe attached it in my Profile...

In photoshop I use radial blur for the Vectorgrafik (render in pixel first),
than I use some layer styles and mixed up with the brushes (more feeling than simpily make an action for it ).

At the end I copy&merge the hole thing to a new layer and use...
goddness sake i dont know the exactly english word for it...
Rasterungseffekt.. may something "halftone pattern" or so?
and put it togehter...
Working with the german version, sorry ^.^"
