Description
I always wanted to draw a beautiful ice dragon. And also turn some of my favorite Touhou characters into dragons. So... it all resulted in this!
...And it's a pity that I actually managed to finish it before the ⑨th, but the opportunity to submit it appeared only now. Aw well.
