Description

A dead sunflower covered in snow may not be the most aesthetically appealing subject, but I uploaded this because it's one of the best shots I got this morning, and it's completely unedited. For all the trouble I had to go through to get this (squatting in the snow- which resulted in a cold and wet rear end, balancing an umbrella on my shoulder to protect my camera from the falling snow while squinting at the screen to get the focus right with my other hand), I'd say the outcome is rather gratifying.
