Description

My character Kanji He's an Anthro Dragon thingy lolz

The tip of his tail is covered with magical paint that he was born with. it changes any color and when it changes color so does his eyes, horn, inner ear, and wing tips. he's a skillful painter and that's his nickname "Painter"
