Evolves from Eevee at level 40 while asleep with full health

Ability: Telepathy

Hidden Ability: Dreamscape (heals 1/8 of max health while asleep, as well as other sleeping allies in battle. Also prevents the moves Nightmare and Dream Eater, and the ability Bad Dreams, but only if Dreameon is above 50% health)

Description: Dreameon are nocturnal Pokemon and is kept close to their trainers while they sleep to have happy and lucid dreams. The dreams they affect are also based from their mood; if happy, they make dreams happy, but if mad or sad, the dreams they affect may turn into nightmares. Dreameon is also good at remembering dreams, even from other Humans and Pokemon.
