OTP means "one true pairing". Like, if I said that ItalyxGermany is my OTP, it would mean that I ship it extremely hard, it's possibly on the top of my favourite pairings etc.

This is also said in humorous context and crack pairings. Like, Herr ShtickxGermany is one of my OTPs too. xD
