“Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely”
To be honest I created Las Malvadas (The Evil Ones) series just to have a gallery for this illustration idea. Originally I was going to create this one later in the series (or even be the final entry). However, I couldn’t help myself!
Now there is an evil Jasmine in the Aladdin TV series (Episode “Forget Me Lots”). She is called the “Scourge of the Desert” and has a blue and black outfit. I may do that one later… but the original “bad girl” Jasmine is still the best!
I think what makes this Jasmine so alluring is that she is choosing to be bad. And I like the idea that she has gotten a taste of power and decided to take control of her own life. Will she still have Aladdin as her prince? After all, she has three wishes with Genie Jafar!
