I've been sitting on this drawing for a while.

I did up this piece for a submission for the local magazine Punch which highlights local talent in and around my hometown. The most recent issue was promoting TV, movies and cartoons, and I chose the Thundercats as the theme for my contribution.

I went with the classic designs for the bulk of the characters mostly due to personal appeal. The designs from the most recent series aren't bad. I just prefer the 80's ones more as they feel a little more "timeless" to me, and a bit more like traditional superheroes. The one exception is Snarf, since I feel the modern redesign is better and- truthfully- a hell of a lot cuter.
