Yes, it's Donna Troy, the original and the first Wonder Girl!

When Diana of Themyscira turned 15, she and her half-sisters had no idea that Queen Hippolyta II would give birth to another child fathered by Zeus himself. Born on October 11 1991, Donna Troy was just like her mother and older sister: eager to prove herself to Themyscira's cause. At the age of 7, she already knew how to ride a horse and was also learning to wield the spear, sword, shield and bow. Yet she was always inspired by her mother's tales of the Great Soviet Raid, and how she led the first expedition into the "Lands of the Barbarians" as the Amazons called the Outside World. Those tales filled Donna with a sense of insatiable curiosity.

The chance to see the outside world came just as quickly too. When she was only 12 years old, Steve Trevor crash landed in Themyscira after fighting off some of Darkseid's parademons. As he was the son of Hippolyta's old friend, Diana Trevor, the queen decided to hold a tournament to decide who among the Amazons would bring him back to America. While Diana and her half sisters, Maiosara of Themyscira and Maria Mendoza, were also allowed to compete, young Donna was not. Hippolyta barred her youngest daughter from competing due to the fact that she was still underage. Donna was livid about not being able to compete, but was undeterred from her burning desire to see the outside world. So, she snuck into the amphitheatre of Amazoniapolis just in time to see Diana win the tournament. It made her heart soar with pride to know that her older sister would be the emissary of Themyscira. So, she snuck on board her sister's ship, The Eleutheria, hiding in one of the barrels used to store rations and materials necessary for long sea voyages. When the coast was clear, and the ship was on the high seas, Donna finally revealed herself to her sister and Steve Trevor, finally getting her chance to see the outside world with her own eyes. And so, when the American newspapers started calling Diana by her moniker of "Wonder Woman", Donna decided to adopt the title of "Wonder Girl" to match her sister.

Donna's appearance as Wonder Girl was a combination of her second outfit along with the ponytail she always had in her first appearances, as well as some Greek influences, including the Pteruges on her belt and the short sword, or Xiphos, hanging on her hip. She also has a lasso like Diana's, but carries it on her only for missions, as she doesn't want to get it tangled up.

In 2006, when Donna was 15, she left Themyscira once more and met up with her fellow sidekicks, Robin and Kid Flash, and together they made their way to Jump City, California to establish themselves as their own independent team of teenage superheroes. And it was that decision that led Donna to help found one of the most popular superhero teams in history: the Teen Titans!
