Description

Two locomotives outshopped on the exact same day to the same modern standards of 1948 for the same train on the same line. The difference? One is a steam locomotive, one is a pair of diesel locomotives.

William Vs. Betty and Betsy, who will win?

This happened over sixty years ago, we already know who won, the two diesels won out but got scrapped in the 1960s.

I really wanted to draw this locomotive, it's just got so much character, and plus they understood my rule about locomotive liveries: Black or it's doing something wrong.
