Oh my, she's absolutely adorable! ;; The palette is so beautiful then your vibrant coloring made everything better, white/very light hair is quite difficult to shade -at least for me- but you did such a great job!
And the blue highlights aa- You mentioned before having a lot of fun with them and I can see why *-*
