Cinccino, the Scarf Pokémon and the evolved form of Minccino. Cinccino defends against its opponent's attacks using its specially coated white fur.

About the Work!

I tried to make it look super-fluffy...I don't think it worked very well.

I have a soft spot for both Minccino and Cinccino as they remind me of the pet chinchilla we used to have.
