well it's for the "contest" at that the is taking place in xD soo this is really for the rouge fan artist club then it goes into the contest at well nevermind xD rather not try to confuse myself lol *made it sounds confuseing*

wella! rouge in.. a prom dress xD;

yeah went for more of a light and rosey color rather than a dark dress. I wanted to do a dark dress, but i think this looks more elegant lol.
