Apple Blossom is the final foal of Applejack and Troubleshoes. Seeing as she has more Clydesdale genetics than the rest of her family, Blossom had more bullies through her foal hood. This caused Blossom to stop eating, and was diagnosed with Bulimia. Applejack and Troubleshoes began to notice and place their little girl in therapy, and is still going through treatment.
Having a resemblance to Grandma Pear Butter caused Blossom to put so much pressure on herself, causing her anxiety to worsen. Her parents love her dearly, and continue to watch her constantly.
