Aaaaah this was so much fun to work on!! ´7`<3
Working on this piece was really relaxing despite the details. I think working with green just... relaxes me haha
//I have also found some brushes in Sai that make painting grass less frustrating so I guess that helped too XD
Vel'dyne si the guardian of the Kingdom of Matowe, a kingdom floating in the sky *3*
They enjoy watching over the residents of their kingdom, and playing with the wind currents~
As soon as I read that, I really wanted to draw Vel'dyne looking over plains of the kingdom with a telescope because-- tELESCOPES ARE COOL!!! 
It tied well with Citrus' request to have the skyline of Matowe show in the horizon with islands floating around, so the ideas merged well! ´v`<3
I really wanted the element of wind to come through this illustration so it does! ;7;9
//btw scarftails are one of my fav ever species so I was super thrilled to get to draw one again after so long!!! ´7`
