I love Seira... she such an adorable character... and her voice, both speaking AND singing were adorable.

Anyways...

I was listening to the Little Mermaids "Part of that World" the other day, and I thought, ZOMG. THIS REMINDS ME OF SEIRA! Since she was "dead" for most of Pichi Pure, I thought it would be appropriate to draw a pic of her based sortof off the song. xDD So I did. It was fun too! And LOOK! ISSS MEOW-CHANS BUBBLESSSS!!! *pokes them* Yaaaaaayy!

Uhhh... lesse... I REALLY hate how the water came out. for once, I feel as though I failed with coloring water. TT__0__TT I love how her hair/face/firstpartoftail came out though! I guess I kinda even like the hands... eh. xDD The eyes were pretty fun too. YAAAAYYY.
