Just an evil queen. The one who poisoned the apple for her precious stepdaughter.

This version is better than the original :)
It's good to see her hair. Black is always good. I like also the collar it suits the rest of the dress and doesn't look like too big as in the original.
I think that the cape should be darker. It would be more evil but it isn't very necessary. Another good work, keep up the good streak ;)
