Hotot won Second Place!

There was an audible chuckle from the crowd as Amelda Lockhart walked Hotot into the ring. Amy had donned a pair of bunny ears upon her helmet to match her bouncy mount. It had seemed appropriate
for the Spring-time occasion.

Amy watched Hotot's long, fluffy black ears flick around as she tried to listen to all the sounds that flooded into the arena. This was her first ever show, and the Boucle mare had been a bundle of nerves and excitement all morning. It was taking all of Amy's concentration to keep her in check and listening to her commands. The duo came to a stop in the middle of the arena and Amy saluted to the judges and crowd. As Amy bowed her head a small gust blew in carrying a few magnolia blossom petals past Hotot's nose. Unable to contain her excitement any longer the bunny eared unicorn let out a high pitched whinny, once again amusing the people seated in the stands.

If nothing else, at least we've made them laugh, Amy thought to herself, as she coaxed Hotot forward to begin their routine.

It's so weird to be drawing Spring pictures when it's Autumn for me
