When it becomes my time
And death's cold hand tries to go up my skirt
I really won't mind
I'll let him take a look
Because when it's lights out for me

And motivations so evil

This poem I just wrote on the spot; is how I think Hisana died.

She obviously died with the motivation to kill all shinigami.
