It's Temari, my favorite all-time Naruto character! 
Eh... I feel weird calling her Temari-chan (she'd probably kick my ass if I did 
), but she's just so cute here that it seemed neccessary. 
I'm still improving with Photoshop, but getting steadily better (and surprising myself because of that). Shadows are just... my enemy. They really stink. That's why I never do a lot of them.
And there are shadows on her face... you just have to look real hard. 
And yes... I am aware of the fact that her eyes are green, but when I colored them green, it threw off the balance of the whole art. So I made them gray!
