I suggest adding more blur, less lightning and also darker red for the inner area.
This can be improved, but so far to me it looked like a clip art rather than realistic.
That lightning gives the impression of too much water inside the tomato, which in reality is the wobbly part and it should be blurred and taken into consideration to remove the light because it seems like a lightning reflection.
Also the water coming out of the tomato should be more red, not like in pink.
