This is a full-blown graphite pencil drawing, and the clearfile sleeve that this drawing is stored in is full of graphite smudges

The Gryphon as we know it, is a majestic mythical creature with the body of a lion and the talons, wings and head of the eagle, symbolising both divine power and the guardian of the divine.

I had deliberately exaggerated some aspects of the gryphon to emphasize that it's a combination of the lion and the eagle (the king of the beasts and the king of the birds), but in turn, had to omit some minor elements in the drawing.
