Taken in Monserrate Gardens.
The Monserrate Palace, or Palácio de Monserrate as it is known in Portugal, is one of a number of historical architectural structures found in the Sintra area of west-central Portugal.

It is surrounded by a remarkable botanical collection of species from around the world, waterfalls and lakes, many of them only added later by Beckford.
