Pixel comms for nilthenihilist on TH!

I'm still figuring out how to do these... Do yall usually use 500x500 or 200x200? Or can you do 500x500 and then resize it smaller or???
I need help lmao because i did these on ibispaint but on 3px with the lines, but im pretty sure in firealpaca you cant increase the binary lines and in Sai it just... anything bigger than 1 looks weird? Begginer pixel arting right here any tips and advice appreciated ^_^...
