WELP last minute rush as always
but got some amazing chances to collab with wonderful people who were very patient given my lack of inspiration and hectic last week.

This collab was with the amazing dat-inu who did the sketch, flats and shading.
We are embracing the 'harpg time is weird soup' thing and throwing two pons together who should be much different ages XD

Alex was enjoying her first Trials. The show environment was a different vibe given it was privately hosted, but she couldn't deny that the location was beautiful and that seeing so many examples of the breed competing directly was truly amazing.

It has been a long trip with Clyde on the Spirit over to Tassie, but the young stallion had traveled well. They had been continuing their training after the futurity and she was excited to get him entered in a show that was more varied, and the fact she was able to use it as a chance to connect with other AusWB owners was just perfect. She had never expected or intended to be a stallion owner, in fact she really had only bought Clyde as a project for while Peri was recovering and rehabbing and then fell in love with him and the event. Keeping and standing a stallion at stud was expensive and complicated, but boy was he fun to ride and train. She loved her thoroughbred mare, but riding a purpose bred warmblood was a whole different feeling. So she had put off the idea of selling him for a bit longer and taken on the challenges of owning a stud.

The benefits were that she got to see what amazing foals he produced. And even better, she got to see them in person.

Then a familiar looking horse and her rider had walked out of the arena as Alex was starting to get Clyde ready. She had seen photos of the young red mare online, but she lived half the world away so meeting her or her owner was extremely unlikely. She couldn't resist the chance to go over and say hello.
