Wow I can't believe I managed to finish this in time

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Cynderheart the best llama in the world!!! 8)
I wanted to draw Draico because he's definitely the most beautiful water dragon I mean seriously look at him
It's my turn to fill 99% of my gallery with ur characters Tsh u hav been warned
I made his wings transparent except for the black marking on the outside part of his wings, I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be transparent like the rest of the wing but I played around a bit 8)

Thanks to this pic I got to meet up with an old friend: perspective :')

And underwater scenes are an absolute pain to draw c8 I redrew it 3 times and I don't know how many references I looked up and yet I'm still not completely pleased with it
But this tutorial saved my life:
