Description

This is my entry for the new contest over at CBM. I read the whole Novel in 2 days so i could get this in before the deadline. I juz didnt want to throw em in any cool action pose but rather something that tells em who they are.

I chose Dr Manhattan coz i loved how he was nearly unstoppable and perfect but so flawed in many ways. He's both strong and at the same time, weak. I found him to be very interesting and sad (which makes sense coz i love sad movies).

I drew this from total scratch with references from the scenes found in the novel coz i wanted every important event in Dr Manhattan's life to be included in my piece. And i gave him a strong but a bit hollow and melancholic expression which i think suits him after reading the book.
