Cerberus is an Archdemon Hellhound that serves as a guardian for the deeper levels of the Underworld. Hellhounds are common dog-like demons, which I've drawn here before: Generally, they only have one or two heads, but three heads are a very rare occurance and are usually dubbed as a "Cerberus" from mythos. Cerberus is also about 10x larger than a regular Hellhound and is seen as the "pack leader" of them all.

In the Underworld, there are 9 Layers. Hellhounds populate Layers 2 to 6 and Cerberus lies within Layer 6. Cerberus's main purpose is to keep invaders from entering past Layer 6 and going into 7-9, since higher level Archdemons reside there. Being a guardian, it is a very powerful being, with tough armor and plasma/dark matter manipulation abilities. Only one Cerberus can exist at a time, and if one is somehow slain, another one will be born to take its place.

Cerberus is granted a black halo on each head to signify its status as an Archdemon. It is also in a shape of an eye, which allows Cerberus to have incredible sight, being able to see 360 degrees around itself and at great distances. The glowing red ring around Cerberus's neck is a "key" ring that is soul bonded to it, and what is needed to open the gates to the further levels of the Underworld. Cerberus will allow anyone with authorization to pass, but an invader would have to defeat Cerberus to proceed, which very few can achieve. (this is sounding more like a videogame now huh?)

You might notice that the claw shape here is similar to Sky's demon form. In fact, the Cerberus/Hellhound's armor scales/skin are the same material as Sky's scales too. A lot of demons in my universe tend to have similar features since they all sorta live in the same environment. In their case, its mainly dealing with rough terrain and extreme temperatures.

(Btw, the Cerberus has nothing to do with Sky's story at all, just thought I'd expand my worldbuilding a bit and point out some similarities :'D)
