Description

Smothered in inky skies, leeshneek rises with neutral buoyancy:

The slumbering death shewed to the world each night to see

a corpse that sheds light un-fit for sounds and silencing.

It can't be a Lych, Strong has seen, but the chitinous songs still sing to sleep

a friend to sleep:

Leeshneek

The powerful

the dead

and dry

the antithesis to noon:

a pen

apollo, forsooth the key,

but I know better,

to soak in comfort, her inky milk, so long as crickets sing.
