Foalee is the ideal partner for inexperienced trainers. Foalee is very eager to please its trainer, loves to learn, and continually seeks to develop new skills. During the day, Foalee always likes to see the sun and sometimes will stop mid-battle to stare at it. Foalee is also a very clumsy Pokemon.

ABILITY - Overgrow
When this Pokémon's HP is below 1/3rd its maximum, Grass-type moves' power is increased by 50%.

HIDDEN ABILITY - Science Magic
This Pokémon can use human-made healing items it holds, such as HP-restoring items and status condition healing items.
