Is it an Exalted character? Because it checks all the criteria of a Wood Dragon-blooded: fantasy Asian aesthetic, oversized and baroque weapons (one of them made of a strange material, let's say green jade), banner of anima behind the character and last but not least, Wood elemental marking (green skin and hair).

Anyway, I like it!
