"How hard do you think they are? " she asks as she lifts herself up with no effort using her abdominals muscles as you looked at her stomach the sun was beaming off of them making them look even better and more impressive. But to make one thing clear they were pretty ridiculous one would think in a good way, be it as it may her purple beach sash was covering the lower part of her abs muscles so you couldn't get a good look at them. But up above her purple beach sash you could see a ripped 8 pack all in perfect unison with each other. So she gestured to you to go ahead and touch them to catch on pretty quickly what we all know at this point they were hard as a rock... when you tried to push them in there was no indentation it was just pure muscle that stopped you. I asked her I see that you already have an 8 pack above the purple beach sash but what about underneath it? she chuckled and said "Well maybe that's a secret....jk jk well here you go!! " she starts to unravel the purple beach sash low and behold as she took it off you saw 1,2,3,4 more ab muscles appear giving her a total of 12 pack abs....😱 it was quite the beautiful site to behold let me tell you! hehe ^^ You just stand there dumbfounded and finally gathered the resolve and curiosity to ask her how she got her abs like that?! she said "Well since I like to go to the beach all of the time there's plenty of coconut tree's around and as you know they are very strong grounded trees. So I just use them to train my abs every single day by doing a bunch of dragon flags on them sometimes or a lot of times with added weights on my ankles!! So when I do that I usually have 50lb ankle weights on each foot Teehee...^^" she said I looked at her in disbelief hehe So how many reps do you do then with all of this? she replied with "Umm if I had to guess I do several set's but instead of specific reps I just go for lets say 30mins to an hour at a time...so probably 2,000-3,000 reps in total at least in slower motion to get a better workout!!" You just stood there raising your eye brows in disbelief, she basically a goddess among men hehe she's quite the catch!

PS:

I would say in the end he was a very lucky/blessed person, because she was obviously into him!!! I hope that you enjoyed the story that I made, I just felt like it was the right thing to do and had the inspiration to create it. There will be times like this where I like to create things like this but its to be seen of how often though. So please enjoy them when they come around thank you! hehe ^^
