The sketch for this picture was painfully annoying for the positioning of his arms. My sister had suggested since the first time I had an Artist Alley table that I should do a Cloud vs. Sephiroth picture, but an action-y one. At artist alleys, you always see images of Cloud where he's just standing there with a buster sword slung over his shoulder, or just in very static, neutral poses, so I tried to do something a little different. I've tried in the past to make a picture work, but it just never turned out the way I wanted it to. So now, years later, I have a result I'm satisfied with. =]
