Okay, so I came up with the idea of a water type Pokemon that is similar to a Charizard. I spoke it over with a few, then said it to Xaeon and he drew the sketch.

With about 6 hours work with a stubborn mouse and using my own abilities with GIMP to digitally draw it...it is done, finally.

Also, the dark blue circle around the tip of the tail, that is the BACKGROUND...it is only there so that the tail tip water is visible.
