Ugh I know, it's lame. After about a week of boring I come up with THIS which is pretty much just the abuse of multipul textures and graphic affects with a Pokemon in it.

I NEEDED TO SUBMIT SOMETHING. It's like a mental issue or something. I feel like it's been so long since I submitted something here. Gah I have way too many half finished ideas. The celebi itself is actually part of another thing I'm working on, but not done with.

So I smacked this piece of crap up here. Celebi. Whooo....
