"...I've got a new outfit!"

So I've been playing Arkham City lately, and I was amused by Harley Quinn's penchant for pointing out that she has a new costume (as if the intended audience would miss her bicolor bra cups). She did this in Arkham Asylum, too. The problem is, her new outfit struck me as being horribly generic "bad biker punk girl".

I prefer her harlequin jester outfit to the slutty game incarnations, but I wanted to make it reminiscent of the designs on playing cards. She is the sidekick of the Joker, after all. (I may or may not do a more card jester-esque Joker.) I decided to play around with a more cartoony, stylized Harley. I also don't usually play around with anatomy this much, but I wanted her to look wiry and thin, like she doesn't take care of herself and the Joker doesn't care if she eats.

Also, figuring out how to giver her twin blonde pigtails and not make her look like she's 4 was HARD.
