This is a great picture. First of all, your choice of black and white was spot on. It allowed for a great light diffusing effect across the photo, and softens her (very well sculpted) lines giving it a almost dream like tone.
The choice of her hair and clothing is perfect, the stockings are very sexy, but it's all simple enough combined with her slightly roughed up hair and cigarette to give her a much more human feeling then a lot of models come off as.
The simplicity of the background accents this strongly as well, matching her clothing perfectly. Lots of plain white sharp angles compliment the angles of her body very well.
Finally Niki's expression here is perfect. It's like she knows she's sexy, but she's a little tired about how all over her the viewer is. The cigarette lends to this, and was a great choice. In fact the cigarette lends to her.., I can't find a word, experienced maybe, erotic appeal.
