First things that I felt when I saw this composition were the beautiful, captivating eyes of the model. Although, yes, it does stand out to be quite edited, the the color drags you straight into the photo. The next honeypot point of this composition will be the lips. Whether edited or not, is the very next thing that captured my attention. The slight smile that seems to appear and disappear the more I looked at it is very effective. You've effectively made these two subjects stand out against a near-black and white, nicely less-saturatedly edited photo.

With the eyes and lips perfectly stored in the viewer's mind, the nose stands point-blanc in the centre of Divine Proportions (the Fibonnaci snail swirl thing), and hence the entire face is captured in a beautiful way.
