Dwelling in a minuscule, decrepit shack, the gooey and eccentric Foolee devotes himself to the creation of strange and repulsive concoctions, all within the confines of his unique cauldron pants. He adamantly insists that his very essence must be a part of each potion to achieve that coveted touch of magic. Despite prevailing skepticism among the Griffians, who often regard his potions as mere snake oil, Foolee remains unswayed, defending his craft with the argument that snake, as an actual ingredient, enhances their mystical qualities.
