An ancient blade that rivals the Immortal Demon.

Before the cult group known only as the league arrived in the kingdom of Gotham, there were legends of an ancient society of the kingdom’s elites who ruled in secrecy.

According to historic records, this secret society has been running the kingdom ever since Gotham’s beginning and have been manipulating events that shaped our society at every turn.

Their patron, according to fairytales, is depicted as an owl: an animal that sits quietly in the darkness with talons at the ready to strike.

Though there is no official confirmation that this secret society exists. However, a close friend of mine has lately been interested in this secret society; almost to a degree that I fear has become an obsession.

However, through his investigation, he found that this secret society is indeed real and have been responsible for the deaths of many people who had small connections with them.

I can recall one night where we stumbled upon a recent kill. The body had strange lacerations on the neck. It was as though someone or something used talon like claws on the unfortunate fellow.

As we investigated the crime scene, I was attacked by the culprit, he wore a mask similar to facial features of an owl. Through our struggle, I was able to knock the mask off and watched in horror that the murderer was a walking feral corpse.

As the undead assassin was about to kill me, the caped protector of Gotham appeared and made short work of the zombie.

So far we don’t have any confirmation as too who is in charge but during a raid at one of their possible hideouts, we discovered this sword on a structure similar to an alter.

For security reasons, I can divulge the location of the sword in hopes that the secret society will never use it to cause trouble ever again.

Weapon Ability: necrotic resurrection-allows the wielder to use the sword’s magic ability to bring corpses back to life as mindless creatures to do the wielder’s bidding.
